Modular homes are precision-built in a controlled factory environment, allowing for exceptional quality control, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Once approximately 90% complete, the home is transported to your site and professionally installed on its permanent foundation.
How much does a modular home cost?
Pricing varies based on home style, square footage, customization, finishes, land conditions, and site requirements. In many cases, modular construction offers excellent value compared to traditional stick-built homes.
Can you build a fully custom home?
Absolutely. A large percentage of our residential projects are custom-designed around the homeowner’s land, lifestyle, design preferences, and long-term vision.
Do your homes include warranties?
Yes. Our homes include manufacturer-backed warranties, and many components such as windows, roofing systems, cabinetry, and specialty finishes may carry extended product warranties.
I already own land. Who handles site preparation?
Our team can coordinate and oversee site preparation including excavation, foundations, utilities, septic systems, driveways, grading, and other essential construction services.
How long does the building process take?
Typical modular production timelines are approximately 4–6 weeks once plans are finalized. Overall project completion depends on site conditions, permitting, weather, and finishing schedules.
Can I finance a modular home?
Yes. Modular homes are typically financed through traditional mortgage lenders, much like a conventional stick-built home. Our team can help guide you through the process.
Do you only build homes?
No. In addition to modular and custom homes, we also build barndominiums, pole barns, garages, commercial structures, and provide residential and commercial roofing services.
